Unreal True Story! The Boxing Trainer Who Walked Out of His Own Grave

Houston, Texas welterweight boxer turned gym owner and boxing coach Ramon Sosa is lucky to be alive. He walked out of his own grave. Mr. Sosa’s beloved wife Maria ‘Lulu’ Sosa put out a two thousand dollar hit contract to have her husband murdered. Mrs. Sosa approached a man named ‘Gustavo’ to murder her husband, without knowing the man was actually a close friend of her husband, an unwitting fact the wife overlooked which ultimately proved the only reason Ramon Sosa’s life was saved, and he is still here today.
Sosa, a father of three, met Maria in 2007, a visiting Mexican lady without a visa who returned home to Mexico from Texas and back every few months, and married the woman who appeared to be the woman of his dreams in 2010. Maria, a personal trainer who gave Ramon massages, back rubs, foot massages, manicures and pedicures, turned out to be an evil beauty seductress. By Mid-2015, Maria was demanding a divorce while they were living together. The 2016 murder plot his wife had planned hit a glitch, when his friend Gustavo met Maria Sosa a second time, this time wired with a microphone to provide incriminating evidence to Montgomery County police.
Mrs. Sosa, stating she was serious, put her fingers to her head in a gun-firing gesture.
Gustavo pretended to know two hitmen who could do the job, then took the incriminating audio tape to the police. The Federal Bureau of Investigation then hatched a plan destined to become a future Hollywood movie. The FBI had the Texas Rangers of law enforcement paint Sosa with bloody makeup, so he would appear to have been executed with a shot to the front of the head. Sosa was driven to a shallow grave in the Texas desert which had been dug. Sosa was told to go in the grave, and play dead for realistic looking photographs.
With Mr. Sosa then hidden away by law enforcement, a police officer posing as a hitman then showed Maria Sosa the photographs of her ‘dead’ husband in a parking lot rendezvous. Mrs. Sosa laughed in delight. She was then arrested. No details of insurance policies or other lovers were revealed. What was revealed was Mrs. Sosa pled guilty solicitation of contract murder in the Conroe County Texas District Court and was sentenced to 20 years of imprisonment in October 2016. Mr. Sosa, now in a new relationship, has only this to say about his evil wife “It would be wrong to say this (entire event) hasn’t had a lasting impact on me (my wife tried to have me murdered). I will never be the same again. Lying in the dirt, pretending to be dead (for police), was terrifying. When I first met Lulu, I certainly didn’t expect our relationship to end like that.”
