DAZN Teiken Promotions WBC Toyota Arena Koto-Ku Inoue vs. Nasukawa Card Preview

Tokyo, Japan (September 24th, 2026)– Teiken Promotions, DAZN, and Toyota Arena Koto-Ku, Tokyo, Japan, will present a blockbuster five-bout card featuring four world title bouts involving the World Boxing Council, the World Boxing Organisation, and the International Boxing Federation, on Saturday, September 27, 2026, with Japanese fighters versus several foreign fighters.
The featured bout will be all-Japan. World Boxing Council World Bantamweight champion Takuma Inoue will be defending his title in a rematch against southpaw challenger Tenshin Nasukawa, in the same ring in which he outpointed him to win the vacant WBC title in November 2025. Nasukawa stopped former WBC World Super Flyweight champion Juan Francisco Estrada in April 2026 in his most recent ring appearance. Inoue defended his WBC title most recently by a 12-round decision over Kazuto Ioka in May 2026. Tenshin is the fighter who fought Floyd Mayweather in an exhibition back in December of 2018.
Currently, Takuma Inoue is a -225 to -260 betting favorite, while Tenshin Nasukawa is a +170 to +225 underdog for their WBC bantamweight title rematch.
Naoya Inoue, Takuma’s brother, has been pushing his younger brother through an intense training camp for this world championship rematch with superior preparation. Takuma Inoue’s superior ring generalship and ring IQ enabled him to adjust his distance, time Nasukawa’s movement and punches, and walk him down with a tight, fundamental high guard to win on the scorecards with high-volume punching but low impact. Nasukawa, a technical fighter but not a boxing knockout artist with only three knockouts in nine pro boxing bouts (and one in his four listed martial arts wins on Sherdog), will attempt the second time around to apply his superior hand speed and kickboxing lateral movement in short, explosive bursts and effective rapid-fire counterpunching, rather than trying to battle from the outside long range the entire bout on the perimeter.
Takuma Inoue is predicted to win by 12-round majority decision is a closer bout than the first one. Technically, Inoue must outwork Nasukawa convincingly. Nasukawa won early rounds by getting off first and outworking Inoue the first time. To win an upset now, he has to remain consistent with movement and punching adjustments to win the later rounds. Inoue is predicted to win by 12-round unanimous decision; it is a closer bout than the first one.

Ryosuke Nishida is predicted to win by 12 rounds unanimous decision over Sam Goodman of Australia, in a bout for the vacant interim International Boxing Federation World Super Bantamweight champion.
Russell Acosta Silveira of Mexico is predicted to win by unanimous decision over 12 rounds against Ryosei Matsumoto, in a bout for the vacant interim World Boxing Organisation World Minimumweight title.
2024 Olympian Tomoya Tsuboi is predicted to win by 12-round unanimous decision over the more experienced IBO World Super Flyweight champion Ricardo Malajika of South Africa, in a bout for the vacant World Boxing Council World Super Flyweight title.
In the opening preliminary featherweight bout, Kayato Aiko is predicted to win by four-round unanimous decision over Natsuki Kuromochi.
