Sakio Bika vs. Adonis “Superman” Stevenson is Confirmed

Quebec, Canada (February 23, 2015)– Former WBC super middleweight Champion Sakio Bika (32-6-3, 21 KOs), challenges current Ring/WBC light heavyweight Adonis “Superman” Stevenson (25-1, 21 KOs), this April 4th in a grapes of wrath pressing engagement, at the Pepsi Coliseum in Quebec, Canada.

During an interview by Fightnews.com, Bika commented: “I’m really happy for this new world title opportunity. I will be Champion again after defeating Stevenson. I am training on the Gym of Kostya Tszyu in Sydney, Australia, but I will be traveling to America next week for training with Kevin Cunningham, as part of a great preparation”

Bika lost his WBC super middleweight crown against Anthony Dirrell last August at the StubHub Center in Carson, California. Bika conquered the title after defeating Mexican, Marco Antonio Periban in 2013.

Stevenson conquered the WBC light heavyweight after defeating Chad Dawson in the 1st round. That bout took place in Montreal in 2013. Stevenson has successfully defended his crown against Tavoris Cloud, Tony Bellew, Andrezj Fonfara and Dimitry Sukhotsky.
