Boxing Legend, Rocky Lockridge Needs Your Help With Funeral Expenses

The funeral expenses of former WBA and IBF World Super Featherweight champion Ricky ‘Rocky’ Lockridge, who died at age 60 on February 7, 2019, are sadly mostly unpaid. His family needs financial help from the general public to resolve the situation, including burial expenses, and the future purchase of a remembrance memorial tombstone.

John DiSanto posted this notice on Facebook.

“Calling all boxing people. The funeral of Ricky ‘Rocky’ Lockridge has been postponed, and the family needs help covering the costs. (Boxing official and historian) Henry Hascup has posted a link below that allows you to make a contribution directly to the funeral home. Please take a look and consider helping out. If we all make even a small contribution, we can cover this. Please spread the word. Thanks.” John DiSanto.
