Joshua vs. Miller

ANTHONY JOSHUA VS. JARRELL MILLER LONDON & NY PRESS CONFERENCES

Trash Talk! Miller Says Joshua Sucks, Joshua Says He’ll Give Miller Plastic Surgery

By Robert Brizel, Head Real Combat Media Boxing Correspondent

London, UK (February 26th, 2018)– Heavyweight contender Jarrell ‘Big Baby’ Miller says Anthony Joshua sucks, and Joseph Parker beat him. World Heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua says he will reconstruct Miller’s face. With whom do you agree? The two fighters combined are undefeated in 46 professional bouts.

On June 1, 2019, in the main event at Madison Square Garden, only one man will emerge undefeated. Joshua’s first trip to the U.S.A. across the Atlantic Ocean is not a social call.

Joshua is predicted to win by decision, or Miller by a knockout if it’s a surprise result.

What makes this bout interesting is the trash talk surrounding it, the most hokum since Muhammad Ali versus Joe Frazier I, and Muhammad Ali versus George Foreman. If psychology is the conundrum, Miller could win the fight with his mouth. While Miller is a humongous sized fighter, Miller’s size and power are offset by his inability to move. Joshua is faster on his feet, and will smartly use this advantage to win most, if not all of the rounds cautiously on points. Scoring could and should be closer as Joshua has taken this bout on the road.

This reporter reminds readers friendship does not sell tickets. Joshua versus Miller is not man versus monster. Like the late Sonny Liston, Jarrell Miller is just a man. If Miller surprises us all, Deontay Wilder or Tyson Fury will await. If not, and Joshua wins, Miller’s undefeated heavyweight friend Adam Kownacki could be next on Joshua’s plate.

Anthony Joshua vs. Jarrell Miller will take place June 1st in Madison Square Garden in New York, NY and can be seen on DAZN on the links below.
