Golden Boy’s Fox Sports One Preview

Philadelphia, PA (June 30th, 2015)– Golden Boy Live Comes To Philly’s 2300 Live On Fox Sports, Tuesday June 30.Philadelphia’s Victor Vasquez (18-9-1,8KOs) will take on Edgardo Torres (2-4,2KOs) of Puerto Rico in a six-round lightweight bout in the main event. The Philly fighter comes off two straight victories with the most recent (March 6) ending in a four round stoppage.
The co-main event will feature undefeated USNBC light heavyweight champion Vyacheslava Shabranskyy (13-0, 11KOs) who faces another undefeated fighter in Paul Parker (7-0,4 KOs). The 10 round light heavyweight bout will follow another light heavy weight bout between D’ Mitrius Ballard and Mexico’s Josue Obando. This bout however will be a six round fight.
All three bout will be nationally aired live on FOX Sports1 and FOX Sports Deportes at 8pm,but the Golden Boy Promoted event is a seven bout card. The other four fights include another Philadelphia prospect , Gang Yong Kim (4-1). Kim, originally from South Korea, will battle Tyrone Luckey (5-4-2,5KOs) of Middletown,NJ. Another Philly fighting prospect featured on the card is Damon Allen (6-0,2KOs) who will defend his perfect record against 3-4 Luis Rodriguez.
Also on the card will be super featherweights Kevin Rivers Jr.(11-0) vs Luis Ruiz Lizarraga (5-4) and lightweights Christian Santibanez (3-4) against Lamont Roach Jr.(7-0).
