Friday Night Fights! ShoBox Showtime Brooklyn Aviator Preview

Brooklyn, NY (April 10th, 2015)– Real Combat Media head boxing correspondent Robert Brizel will be in the corner of 8-7 Carl McNickles Friday night against 6-0 Mikkel ‘Slick Mick’ LesPierre in a six round super lightweight matchup. McNickles weighed in at 140.4, LesPierre 141 for the agreed upon 141 pound limit for this Aviator Arena undercard bout. The bout should be a winner.

Ten bouts are featured on the Aviator Sports Complex card in Brooklyn, New York, on Friday, April 10, 2015, promoted by Lou DiBella Entertainment, Alex Khana Fight Promotions, Felipe Gomez New Legend Boxing, and Max Alperovich Fight Promotions. The ShoBox Showtime card will go live at 10 P.M. Eastern Standard Time.

Junior middleweight prospect Frank ‘Notorious Galarza, 16-0-2, ten knockouts, Brooklyn, New York, will be tested in an eight rounder against 13-2 Sheldon Moore of Bernissart, Belgium, a foreign import about whom nothing is known. Crimean middleweight Sergiy Derevyanchenko of Brooklyn, New York, 4-0 with three knockouts, faces Mexican super middleweight Alan Campa, 13-1, nine knockouts, Guaymas, Mexico, whose only loss was a 10 round decision in 2013, in an eight rounder. World ranked super bantamweight Rafael ‘Dinamita’ Vazquez, 13-1 with 11 knockouts, Brooklyn, New York, remains active and will face 14-8 Missouri southpaw Andre Wilson in an eight rounder.

14-0 southpaw light heavyweight Travis Peterkin of Brooklyn, New York, faces 8-3 Donta Woods of Atlanta Georgia, in an eight rounder. The last four opponents of Woods have a combined record of 54-0-1, which is a tough road to try to score a win entirely on the road.
Super middleweight Ievgen ‘The Ukranian Lion’ Khytrov, 9-0, with nine knockouts, Brooklyn, New York, faces California southpaw Aaron Coley, 9-0-1, six knockouts, in an eight round prospects war.

The Khytrov-Coley, Galarza-Moore, and Derevychenko-Campa bouts are the three bouts scheduled to be televised.

8-0 Brooklyn super welterweight prospect Shawn Cameron faces 14-7 Kansas City fighter Aaron Drake in a six rounder. Drake has nine knockouts to Cameron’s four knockouts.
9-1-1 super welterweight Patrick Day of Freeport, New York, faces 7-5 Colby Courter of Saint Joseph, Missouri. Courter has been stopped four times-by fighters with 10 or more bouts. Day should stop him as well. 7-0 super lightweight prospect Wesley Ferrer of Brooklyn faces 3-3 Bryan Timmons of Saint, Joseph, Missouri. Japanese female super bantamweight Misato Kamegawa debuts against Elisa Collaro of New York City, also debuting, in a four rounder, two minute rounds.
