Fight To Win is back with its latest installment “Animals” on April 18 from the National Western Complex in Denver, Colorado. This 12-bout pro/am card will feature some of the top prospects in the Mountain West as they look to break out of the pack to a worldwide audience on GFL.tv.
In the main event, for the F2W Lightweight Championship, Tony Sims (8-2) from Elevation Fight Team takes on Steele McCall (6-2) from Grudge Training Center. Sims is a striking machine as he can land punches and kicks from multiple angles and brings a crispness to his punching that not too many MMA fighters can match. Look for Sims to try and get the KO. McCall is on a 3-fight winning streak, all by submission and will look to nullify the striking of Sims with his own grappling. All of McCall’s wins have come via tapout so look for him to get this fight to the mat quickly.
In the co-main event, at a 197 lb catch weight, Cody Mumma (5-1) from Elevation Fight Team battles Jason Clayton (7-4) from Prime Fitness. Mumma has won 5 in a row, all by stoppage and brings a well-rounded MMA game into the cage. He has solid kickboxing to go along with his wrestling and grappling. Mumma is able to control most fights because of his aggressive style that never lets his opponent catch a breather. Expect Mumma to push the pace. Clayton fights with a wild style which usually makes his fights the most exciting on the card. Clayton goes for finishes constantly and because of that, he often leaves himself open. Look for Clayton to continue his trend of exciting fighting by going after Mumma from the opening bell.
In a middleweight scrap, Jeremiah Talley (1-1) battles Canaan Grigsby (2-1). Talley is looking to get his record about .500 and has been continuaing to improve his MMA game in the gym. Talley is a fun fighter to watch as neither of his previuos two fights have gone to decision. Grigsby has been susceptible to striking in the past, but showed an improving game in his last fight, a TKO victory in the first round. Expect a barnburner from Talley and Grigsby as they meet head to head still in the early stages of both men’s pro careers.
In other action, Isaac Colon battles Danny Mainus in a bantamweight pro fight, while Justin Moss takes on Tim Smock in a lightweight battle.
“Animals” comes to you live and direct on April 18. With a 12-bout scheduled card, you can be sure there will be plenty of knockouts, submissions and great fights. Don’t miss this exciting event which has become a proving ground for some of the top fighters in the West. If you can’t be there live, the only way to see this show is to order it exclusively through the GFL Combat Sports Network at GFL.tv.For full fight card and more details about this event, visit gfl.tv or click here

Cage Fury Fighting Championships brings championship MMA to the Mennen Arena in Morristown, New Jersey on April 19 with “CFFC 34”. Pro MMA fighters from around the East Coast will compete on this stacked card featuring a title fight in the main event. CFFC has expanded their stranglehold on Northeast MMA as they continue to pump out one blockbuster show after another.
In the main event, CFFC Flyweight Champion Sean “Shorty Rock” Santella (13-3-1) defends his title for the fifth time since winning it at the beginning of 2012 against Nick Honstein (14-6). Santella has reeled off 3 submission victories in his last 5 fights and has continued to ply his trade in the gym bringing a better version of himself into the cage each and every time he goes to battle.
Honstein is probably the most dangerous opponent Santella has faced during his reign as champion. Honstein brings a dangerous submission game into the cage and is always a cool customer in the cage, something he will need to rely on because Santella always comes out like a bat out of hell. Look for this fight to steal the show and be one of the better fights of 2014 in general.
In the co-main event, Andy Main (7-1-1) fights Brian Kelleher (10-6). Main fights out of the accomplished AMA Fight Club and is coming off a win and draw in Japan for the legendary Pancrase organization. Main is well rounded with some devastating striking but most of his wins have come via submission. Main has carved out a solid reputation on the East Coast as a dangerous 145 lb fighter and the last time he stepped into a CFFC cage he won via first round submission. Kelleher is a Bellator veteran and is a proven fighter up and down the East Coast. Kelleher is relentless in his attacks, especially in the standup game where he has amassed more than half of his wins via KO or TKO. Look for Kelleher to try and keep this a standing fight.
Bellator vet Claudio Ledesma (8-4) battles Marcio Bittencourt (2-3-2) in another fight that is sure to be nonstop action. Ledesma is ruthless with his ground game as he is constantly pressing the action using his high level wrestling and trying to find an opening to finish the fight with a submission. Ledesma is one of the most feared fighters in the area and looks to win impressively here to set himself up for a future title shot. Bittencourt has taken hard fights from the beginning of his career where he faced UFC fighter George Sotiropoulos in his very first pro fight back in 2004. This fight is bound to be unbelievable as these two veteran fighters are looking to take one another out in spectacular fashion.
Be sure to catch all of the action LIVE on April 19 as “CFFC 34” throws down the gauntlet on pay-per-view exclusively at GFL.tv. See the established and rising stars on the East Coast compete in front of some of the most avid fans. Be a part of the excitement and order this iPPV from the GFL Combat Sports Network.

Xcessive Force Fighting Championship 4 Sat Apr 19 9:00PM ET

Xcessive Force FC returns to GFL on April 19 with “Xcessive Force Fighting Championship 4 – Meltdown”, a hotly contested card, emanating from the Entrec Centre in Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada. The mega card is sure to have enough heat in the cage to blow the roof off of the cold night in the Great White North.
In the main event, XFFC Welterweight Champion Jarod Milko (7-2) battles Matt MacGrath (10-8). Milko won the title in December via submission which adds to his impressive stoppage rate as 6 of his 7 victories have come via TKO or submission. Milko is a well-rounded fighter out of Alberta, and loves to push the pace right from the very beginning. Milko has KO power in both hands and he is very accurate with his strikes. He enjoys a solid ground game as well and is a formidable opponent for anyone. MacGrath is a Bellator veteran and has reeled off 4 wins in a row and looked dominant in each fight. MacGrath has fought several UFC vets and is not intimidated by anyone. Look for MacGrath to come out swinging early or looking for a takedown and try to get a quick submission. This title fight should be a barnburner.
In the co-main event, the inaugural XFFC Flyweight Championship is up for grabs when Eric Wilson (1-2) fights Adrian Woolley (7-3). Wilson already holds a title with another organization and has never been stopped in his career. Look for Wilson to use his punching power to try and get Woolley’s attention early. If that doesn’t work, Wilson will have to resort to his wrestling which is an handful, especially at 125 lb. Woolley will have a huge experience advantage but will have to shake the cage rust off as he steps back into the cage for the first time since 2011. Woolley is a strong wrestler who likes to control his opponents on the mat and grind them down over the course of an entire fight. Woolley is a compact fighter who doesn’t leave himself open very much for counters so this fight could be a shootout.
Watch all the knockouts, submissions and grudge matches as XFFC returns to GFL on April 19 with another installment of hard hitting MMA with “Xcessive Force Fighting Championship 4 – Meltdown” available to a global audience. For full fight card and more details about this event, visit gfl.tv or click here
