Philadephia, PA (July 19th, 2013)– In a brief exclusive interview with Real Combat Media, Pennsylvania Hall of Fame boxing trainer Fred Jenkins Sr., the current trainer of USBA Heavyweight champion Bryant Jennings, and trainer of many champions past and present at Philadelphia’s Athletic Recreation Center, announced the ‘Keep The Guns Down, Keep The Gloves On’ Award Ceremony.
Real Combat Media: “Tell us more about the event, Fred.”
Fred Jenkins: “The event is called ‘Keep The Guns Down, Keep The Gloves On’. It will be a Jimmy Rockwell showcase, dedicated to a Philly fighter who died two years ago.”
Real Combat Media: “Where will the event be held and when? How much are tickets?”
Fred Jenkins: The charity event will be held on behalf of our area youth at the Philadelphia Department of Recreation’s Athletic Recreation Center will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2013, at 7 P.M., at 1400 North 26th Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Tickets can be purchased on advance or for a twenty dollar contribution at the door.”

Fred Jenkins: “Twenty winners, all amateur boxers, will be honored.”
