Collazo was last seen delivering another dominant title defense against Mexico’s Jesus “Chiquito” Haro, forcing a stoppage at the conclusion of the sixth round after Haro’s corner advised the referee to halt the contest. With his relentless pressure, elite skill set, and growing résumé of championship victories, Collazo continues to cement his status among the sport’s pound-for-pound elite.

Canoy enters the bout as a dangerous and battle-tested contender, having previously challenged for a world title and capturing the WBC International mini-flyweight title in April 2025.
