Otabek Kholmatov vs. Raymond Ford & Luis Alberto Lopez vs. Reiya Abe Featherweight Title Doubleheader on ESPN+ TONIGHT

VERONA, New York (March 2, 2024) — Four of the world’s best featherweights will be in action TONIGHT in a special world title doubleheader at Turning Stone Resort Casino in Verona, New York.

In the main event, Uzbek phenom Otabek Kholmatov (12-0, 11 KOs) will lock horns against American standout Raymond Ford (14-0-1, 7 KOs) for the vacant WBA world title.  The co-feature will see Luis Alberto “El Venado” Lopez (29-2, 16 KOs) defend his IBF crown against Japanese upstart Reiya Abe (25-3-1, 10 KOs).

The world title doubleheader will begin at approximately 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT, with first bell set for 5:20 p.m. ET/2:20 p.m. PT. The entire card will stream live and exclusively in the U.S. on ESPN+.

The ESPN+-streamed undercard action includes welterweight standout Brian Norman Jr. (25-0, 19 KOs), who takes on Janelson Bocachica (17-2-1, 11 KOs) in a 10-rounder, the return of Nico Ali Walsh (9-1, 5 KOs), and unbeaten middleweight prospect/U.S. Olympian Troy Isley (11-0, 4 KOs).
