Ariane Lipski def. Melissa Gatto
In this women’s flyweight bout, Ariane Lipski earned a split decision win against Melissa Gatto.
Round one got off to a slow start, with both fighters hesitant to engage. In round two, both fighters exchanged leg kicks, with Gatto landing a nice right hand and controlling Lipski against the cage. Round three saw Lipski land a hard right hook that connected with Gatto’s chin, and a hard leg kick.
Michael Morales def. Max Griffin
In this welterweight bout, Michael Morales earned a unanimous decision win over Max Griffin.
In round one, Griffin landed a huge right hand and some effective leg kicks. Round two saw Morales stun Griffin with a huge right multiple times and have success with his jab. In round three, Morales put it on Griffin, landing significant strikes and leg kicks to seal the win.
Grant Dawson def. Damir Ismagulov
In the co-main event, Grant Dawson earned a unanimous decision victory over Damir Ismagulov in their lightweight bout.
In round one, Dawson got the takedown, took Ismagulov’s back and attempted a rear-naked choke, landing big strikes late on. Round two saw Ismagulov have success early landing strikes, but Dawson once again took his back and attempted a submission. It was more of the same in round three, with Dawson taking Ismagulov’s back, but landing little damage.
Sean Strickland def. Abus Magomedov
In the main event, Sean Strickland earned a huge TKO victory over Abus Magomedov.
In round one, Magomedov landed crunching leg kicks, partially landed a head kick and briefly took Strickland down. Then in round two, Strickland rocked Magomedov early and proceeded to deliver a beat down on the German, finally sending him to the canvas late in the round and ending proceedings with brutal ground strikes.
