
Rapid Rising Detroit Super Middleweight Prospect “Hot Boy” Harris Featured on Detroit Brawl Card

Detroit, MI (January 20th, 2022)– Salita Promotions presents a six-bout card of professional boxing at the Ford Center in Dearborn, Michigan, on Saturday night, January 22, 2022, featuring world ranked middleweight Hugo “The Boss” Centeno Jr. and Detroit super middleweight contender Winfred “Hotboy” Harris Jr. in the co-main events.
Ranked middleweight contender, Centeno, 28-3-1, 15 knockouts, Oxnard, California, has been hot and cold since August 2017, winning, losing, winning, losing, winning, drawing and winning in his last six bouts. Centeno will battle experienced veteran Antonio Todd, 12-5 with seven knockouts, Atlanta, Georgia. Todd is coming off an eight round decision win over Delveccio Savage at Buckhead Fight Club in Atlanta in December 2021.
In the eight-round co-main event, super middleweight contender Winfred “Hotboy” Harris Jr., 20-1-1 with 10 knockouts, Detroit, Michigan, coming off a second round knockout of Kenneth Council at The Civic Center in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, returns home for the first time in 3 months to face Mexican veteran Esau Herrera, 19-13-1, eight knockouts, Mexico City, Mexico, for the regional LBF USMC Super Middleweight Championship.
5-0 Detroit middleweight prospect Marlon Harrington is scheduled to appear in a six rounder versus 2-8 Terry Roscoe, Albany, Georgia. Welterweight Quinton Randall, 8-0, two knockouts, Houston, Texas, will square off against undefeated Julian Smith, 5-0, four knockouts, Country Club Hills, Illinois, in a six rounder.
In pro debuts: the card will feature the six-round pro debut, amateur star Joseph “Sug” Hicks Jr., of Grand Rapids, Michigan will face 1-7 veteran Montrel James of St. Louis, Missouri; the card will also feature the highly anticipated pro debut of amateur national champion lightweight Joshua James Pagan of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Glenn Mitchell, 3-6, three knockouts, Steubenvile, Ohio. Opening the card with the exciting action will be a four-round welterweight war between undefeated rising super welterweight prospect Gordie Russ II, 2-0, with two knockouts, Detroit, Michigan, versus Leslie Michael Klekotta, 3-7, with two knockouts, Conroe, Texas.
