Light Heavyweight Sebastian Eubank, Son of Chris Eubank, Found Dead in Dubai at 29

Dubai, United Arab Emirates (July 10th, 2021)– Undefeated light heavyweight boxing prospect and rising MMA fighter Sebastian Eubank, known as “The Alka Lion”, has been found dead on the beach in Dubai, United Arab Emirates at age 29 after drowning there. Eubank, 2-0, Brighton, Sussex, United Kingdom, is the son of well-known former world champion Chris Eubank.

His brother, 30-2 Chris Eubank Jr., currently holds the interim World Boxing Association World Middleweight title, and previously held the International Boxing Organization World Super Middleweight title. Another brother is 8-2-1 welterweight Nathanael Green.

Sebastian’s father is former World Boxing Organisation Middleweight and Super Middleweight World champion Chris Eubank, AKA “Simply The Best.” Between 1985 and 1998, Chris Eubank Sr. had a record of 45-5-2 with 23 knockouts. Eubank went 17-0-2 in his first 19 world title bouts, but lost his last five world title bouts. A July 1998 ninth round stoppage loss to Carl Thompson in a rematch for the World Boxing Organisation World Cruiserweight title sent Chris Eubank Sr. into retirement for good.

Besides his famous father Chris Eubank Sr., Sebastian Eubank is survived by his wife Salma and son Raheem, mother Karron Meadows, sister Emily, and brothers Chris Eubank Jr., Nathanael, and Joseph.
