Las Vegas, NV (December 7th, 2020)– It’s incredible! Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather Jr. is returning to the ring in February 2021. Even more incredible is the name of Floyd’s confirmed opponent.

Floyd will be fighting YouTube and social media star Logan ‘Maverick’ Paul on February 20, 2021. The announcement was released on Instagram. The cost will be $24.99 on pay-per-view. According to the promotion’s website, after one million pay-per-views are sold the price will increase to $39.99. On December 29, the price will increase to $59.99 and to $69.99 on February 11, 2021. There’s an option right now to purchase the pay-per-view for $54.99 and receive a Mayweather vs. Paul “limited and exclusive fight shirt.”

Mayweather, age 43, 50-0 with 27 knockouts, Las Vegas, Nevada, has been inactive since defeating Conor McGregor in August 2017 at T-Mobile Arena, will be fighting a no headgear no holes barred exhibition against the big talking Paul, age 25, 0-1, Los Angeles, California. Paul last appeared in November 2019, losing a six-round split decision to Olajide William Olatunji a fellow You Tuber that goes by the name of KSI, after losing two points for hitting his opponent when he was down in round four.
