Yves Ngabu of Belgium, European RCM Boxing Prospect of the Month

 Roeselare, Belgium (February 17, 2018)–   European EBU Cruiserweight Yves Ngabu of Roeselare, Belgium, is the Real Combat Media ‘Boxing Prospect of the Month’. Ngabu, 20-0, retained his European cruiserweight title on Friday, February 16, 2019, by winning a unanimous 12 round decision over world ranked Micki Nielsen of Denmark in the main event of a six-bout card held at Sporthal Schiervelde at Roeselare.

Honorable mention goes to 11-0 Belgian female super lightweight Oshin Derieuw, who rose to the sixth position in the worldwide female 140 pound rankings by winning an eight round unanimous decision over of previously undefeated Gulsum Tatar of Turkey on the undercard.

Also on the undercard, former World Boxing Federation World Super Welterweight champion Sasha Yengoyan, 42-6-1, made a successful comeback on the undercard at middleweight, winning a six round unanimous decision over journeyman Nkola Matic of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Scores were 60-54, 60-54, and 59-56 for Yengoyan.
