By Robert Brizel, Head Real Combat Media Boxing Correspondent

Atlantic City, NJ (March 9th, 2018)– In Ring Redemptions, card 1, Heavyweight Chazz ‘The Gentleman’ Witherspoon returns to the ring at Radisson Claridge, Atlantic City, New Jersey, looking for his seventh consecutive knockout win on Saturday evening, March 10, 2018, in the co-main event of a nine-bout card, co-promoted by Mis Downing Promotions and Silver Spoon Promotions. Witherspoon, the co-main event, 36-3 with 28 knockouts, Paulsboro, New Jersey, will face veteran Mike Sheppard, 25-2-2 with 11 knockouts, Palestine, West Virginia, in a scheduled eight rounder. Witherspoon is predicted to win by sixth or seventh round stoppage, with at least a knockdown or two scored along the way. If the bout should somehow go the distance Witherspoon will win all eight rounds as Sheppard will fight a strict survival bout.

Atlantic City welterweight prospect and local favorite Anthony ‘Juice’ Young, 18-2 with six knockouts, Atlantic City, New Jersey, will fight the co-main event as well, an eight-rounder against veteran Fidel Monterrosa Munoz, 38-16-1, 30 knockouts, Ecatepec, Mexico. Munoz decisioned Tommy Rainone in an upset last year, He has gone 10 rounds with the likes of Humberto Soto and Alberto Mosquera, and actually won a 10 rounder in 2016. With 30 knockouts on his resume, having fought the best of the best, and with an upset win last year over Rainone, Munoz is not an opponent to be taken likely, as he has no penchant to go the distance. Young is predicted to win by fifth-round stoppage or eighth round decision.
