Saunders and Flanagan on double World Title show

Undefeated Middleweight Billy Joe Saunders defends his WBO World Title against tough countryman Martin Murray on April 14th, with Terry Flanagan taking on Maurice Hooker for the vacant WBO Super-Lightweight crown on the same card.

In December, Saunders put on a boxing clinic against David Lemieux to announce himself across the pond. If he beats Murray, he is hoping to then face the winner of the Canelo Alvarez v Gennady Golovkin rematch, which is reportedly close to being agreed.

Flanagan, ready for a new challenge up at Super-Lightweight, hopes to achieve his dream of becoming a two-weight World Champion. ‘Turbo’ currently holds the longest unbeaten streak in British boxing and will be confident of becoming the first man to beat Hooker. Don’t miss this!
