UK to Leave European Union, PM Cameron Resigns

By Robert Brizel, Head Real Combat Media Boxing Correspondent

Brexit! This is an abbreviation which means ‘British Exit’ from the European Union.

The Anthony Joshua versus Dominic Breazeale IBF Heavyweight world title bout scheduled for June 25, 2016, at O2 Arena in Greenwich, London, a ten bout card which includes Dillian Whyte, Chris Eubank Jr., Khalid Yafai, Martin Murray and George Groves, is still on. Additional British boxing cards are scheduled for June 25, 2016 as well at Gateshead Leisure Centre in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear, and Bellahouston Leisure Centre in Glasgow, Scotland.

Prime Minister David Cameron has resigned, effective October 2016, as British citizens have voted for the United Kingdom to leave the European Union and go independent. The value of British pounds plummeted. Scotland, who voted to remain part of the United Kingdom in 2014 in order to remain in the European Union, will probably have a revote for Scottish independence, in order to rejoin the European Union as a separate European Democratic county.

Northern Ireland may also secede now, by going a new route to unite with Southern Ireland as a united independent Irish country, so all of Ireland can become part of the European Union. Northern Ireland Deputy First Minister Martin McGuiness has now called for a referendum on a united Ireland.
