Elton Dharry Presents Friday Night Pro-Am Boxing Card Featuring UBF Title Bout

New York, NY (June 11, 2015)– Elton Dharry Promotions will present an amateur and professional boxing card this Friday evening, June 12, 2015, at Amazura Hall in Jamaica Queens, New York. The main event will feature a vacant ten round female Universal Boxing Federation World Championship bout between lightweights Melissa Hernandez and Loli Munoz, two minute rounds. ?
Four professional bouts will follow the still unannounced amateur card. The card will open with two bouts of four rounds duration: the professional debut of Bronx super welterweight Glenwin Ortiz will open the professional bouts on the card;, and will be followed by a four rounder featuring super featherweight Neuky Santelises of the Dominican Republic, now fighting out of Manhattan.
Dharry himself will fight the eight round preliminary to the main event. Dharry, 18-5-1 with 11 knockouts, Brooklyn, New York, will face Miguel Robles, 12-4-2 with five knockouts, San Juan, Puerto Rico, in an eight round bantamweight contest. Dharry has won 15 bouts in a row. Robles last two opponents were 29-0 when he fought them.
In the main event, Melissa ‘Hurricane Shark’ Hernandez, 20-6-3 with six knockouts, Miami Beach, Florida, will face Loli Munoz, -12-16-3 with 12 knockouts, Barcelona, Spain, for the vacant UBF Lightweight world title, in 10 two minute rounds. The UBF supervisor at ringside will be Mike Melendez.
