Jean Pascal Calls Out Chavez Jr.
Having notched up three victories in a row during the last two years. The most recent being against Lucian Bute, Jean Pascal announces he wants to take on Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.
Pascal, who visited Mexico City to be present at the election of the new President of the WBC, Mauricio Sulaiman, confirmed that he’s at the zenith of his career and he wants to face the very best of his division.
“I don’t know if he’ll see this…but Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. is my next target! it would be a great and I’d love to fight him. It’ll be a spectacular event in Mexico, US or Canada and the fans would love it,” Pascal stressed.
Chavez Jr. will fight Brian Vera on March 1st. Pascal fights at Lt. Heavyweight but could reach an agreement about which division for the bout.
“I want to fight two more bouts this year, probably in June and then November, or December. I want to face the best to become one of the best P4P in the world” Pascal explained.
Jean 31, holds a record of (29-2-1) and 17 KO’s.
