UFC Fight Night 30
The Count is out and in steps the Dragon

Las Vegas, NV (September 28th, 2013)–Michael Bisping has been forced out his UFC fight night 30 fight with Mark Munoz with an eye injury. Lyoto the dragon Machida is taking Bisping’s place. Lyoto was scheduled to fight Tim Kennedy on Nov 6th but now he will take on the #5 ranked Munoz.
This fight will definitely get one man closer to the title. Machida is coming off a close unanimous decision loss to Phil Davis. After the Davis loss Lyoto soon reported that he would be cutting down to the middleweight division. This could also be the perfect time since his teammate and good friend Anderson Silva lost the title. Machida must like his chances of getting gold going against Weidman rather than taking Jones on again.
Mark Munoz is the man standing in the dragon’s way. He will have a great help in preparing for Machida, as Phil Davis is a training partner of Munoz. The Filipino Wrecking Machine last saw action when he bested Tim Botesch by decision, and is 4-1 in his last 5 fights. With his only loss coming by the hands or I should say elbows of champ Chris Weidman.
This Fight has all the making of an exciting fight. Munoz’s Aggressive fighting style mixed with his top notch wrestling and heavy hands. Will have to deal with Machida’s feints, footwork and counter punching. Make sure to tune in to Fox Sports 1 on Oct, 26th. The fight will be broadcast live from the Phones 4U arena in Manchester, England. This is one UFC you won’t want to miss.
