K-1 and former UFC Fighter Kit Cope, disrespects fellow fighters

Did anyone happen to hear some of the verbal diarrhea going around the internet from pro kick boxer and MMA fighter Kit Cope? He has set fight fans and MMA enthusiasts ablaze with his disrespectful and down-right idiotic statements at the recent K-1 Rising event on September 8th in Los Angeles which I was kind enough to transpose for our readers below.
“In my opinion, the, the fighters in MMA are usually kind of pussies.” (Attached video @ 3:10 into the interview)
In a later, individual interview, Cope reiterated his statement for clarification for the fight fans that were watching and listening:
“I just said that, ok, I prefaced it with, in every fight sport the fighters have the same, you know, warriors spirit and the same, you know, heart and bushido as every other fight sport. I was just saying that mostly in MMA dudes are vaginas. Even the kick boxers in MMA are vaginas.”
He continued on to state that he is one of the most hated fighters in professional sports today. He even went on to say that “the kick boxing guys hate me because I do MMA,” siting how he essentially stabbed them in the back by switching sports. His onslaught continued as he went on to discredit their position by babbling:
“You know, before I turned on you I built your fucking sport in the U.S., you’re welcome.”
This is the same out spoken megalomaniac that talked openly on a specific media outlet about having a hidden private tape of Gina Carano back in 2009. With an unimpressive professional MMA record of only 6-7 with all losses coming from finishes, I will take very little stock in what this gentleman has to say.
