Corrie Sanders,age 46, who was a former world champion and one of the most underrated heavyweights in boxing history, died this morning in a armed robbery by gunfire in South Africa.
According to our sources on Twitter, Corrie was at a party and 3 men came in opened gunfire at a restaurant, at the Thatch Haven Country Lodge and shot him. He died this morning Kalofong hospital in South Africa. He had been shot in the arm and in the stomach.
Corrie Sanders who had a record of (42-4,32Kos) who is best known for his punching power. He is also best known for knocking out Wladimir Klitschko in 2003. He later lost to his brother Vitali in 2004. Corrie was known for having a tremendous left hook and heart.
Our prayers go out to Corrie Sander’s family and friends during these tragic times.
