Dominick Cruz is out of UFC 148 Co Main Event and suffers ACL

Dominick Cruz suffers a torn ACL according to Dana White’s twitter. Dominick Cruz was scheduled to fight Uriah Faber at UFC 148 in July. The injury was suffered during training. Cruz is the coach of the TUF at the Alliance Training Center where he teaches his team of future UFC lightweight prospects. Dominick Cruz is the current UFC Bantamweight Champion.
Renan Barão is rumored to be the replacement for Cruz in the fight against Faber. We will let you know when we get confirmation of this on Real Combat Media.
