New York, NY(April 8, 2014) – Barely a day after being inducted into the WWF Hall of Fame, former WWE Intercontinental and Heavyweight Champion, Warrior (born James Brian Hellwig) passed away at the age of 54.  Warrior was released from the WWE in 1992 over allegations of steroids (during a period of federal investigation of Vince McMahon).  There would be a number of disagreements and lawsuits between the WWE and Warrior over the years.  The conditions of his death are currently unknown.  He was said to have been walking with his wife when he collapsed.  He is survived by his wife and two daughters.
