Final Fight Championship 14 LIVE Friday,  

Oct. 3 at 2 p.m. ET on Fight Network

TORONTO / NEW YORK (Oct. 2, 2014) – Fight Network, the world’s premier 24/7 television channel dedicated to complete coverage of combat sports, presents a live broadcast of Final Fight Championship 14 from Ljubljana, Slovenia, this Friday, Oct. 3 at 2 p.m. ET, featuring a two-hour “Blue Label” kickboxing card followed by a two-hour “Red Label” mixed martial arts lineup.

 

Fight Network’s live broadcast will air on Cablevision’s Optimum TV, Grande Communications, Shentel Cable and Armstrong Cable in the U.S., nationwide in Canada, Roku devices across North America, and globally in over 30 countries across Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

 

Headlining the kickboxing portion of the telecast, Samo Petje battles Teo Mikelic, plus Mirko Vorkapic meets Kevin Hasseling, Denis Chorchyp takes on Dzenan Poturak and Miran Fabjan fights Boban Krusic.

 

In the mixed martial arts main event, Slovenia’s own Lemmy Krusic clashes with Croatian Antun Racic, while the co-feature pits Stjepan Bekavac against Marcin Prachino.

 

Immediately following the live international broadcast of Final Fight Championship 14, Fight Network will televise the weigh-ins for UFC Fight Night 54 from Halifax, Nova Scotia, headlined by a pivotal welterweight bout between Canada’s Rory MacDonald and Belgium’s Tarec Saffiedine. Throughout the week, Fight News Now: MMA Edition and Fight News Now Extra will feature on-site coverage from the event, including exclusive interviews and behind-the-scenes footage.

 

Upon the conclusion of Saturday’s UFC Fight Night event, Fight Network will televise the official post-fight press conference, including reaction and post-fight interviews from all the big winners.

 

Also on Friday at 9 p.m. ET, Fight Network will air the live prelims for the BattleGrounds MMA: One Night Elimination tournament on pay-per-view feature previews, analysis and undercard action from Tulsa, Oklahoma.

 

The live action continues on Saturday, Oct. 4 at 2 p.m. ET, as Fight Network presents KSW 28: Fighters’ Den from Poland, showcasing world-class MMA stars, including Karol Bedorf vs. Rolles Gracie, Michal Materla vs. Jorge Bezerra, Marcin Rozalski vs. Peter Graham, Maciej Jewtuszko vs. Vaso Bakocevic and Rafal Moks vs. Daniel Acacio.
