Victor was born in Oakland, Ca, but raised in Richmond, Ca. He is a former amateur boxer who comes from a boxing family. Boxing has always been a part of his life. When Victor finished his amateur boxing career, he then decided to train kids in his backyard. Victor works as a Carpenter Foreman, but is now pursuing a career in boxing reporting and a career as a boxing trainer.
