CONOR MCGREGOR ANNOUNCES HIS RETURN TO THE UFC FOR THE WHITE HOUSE CARD
Las Vegas, NV (October 3rd, 2025)– Conor McGregor has confirmed on the Hannity Show on FOX News that he will be returning to the UFC to fight at the White House in June 2026. This event will take place on the South Lawn of the White House as part of the celebration of America’s 250th birthday.
McGregor’s return marks his first fight since July 2021, when he suffered a leg injury against Dustin Poirier. He is expected to face Michael Chandler, a fight originally planned for 2024, but postponed due to injury. McGregor has stated he is undergoing a rigorous six-month training camp in preparation for this historic bout.
While details are still being finalized, it is anticipated to be one of the most highly anticipated and watched events in UFC history. UFC CEO Dana White has confirmed the event is happening, with plans for a viewing area in a nearby park to accommodate a large audience. The UFC will also be replacing the White House lawn after the event for a cost of $700,000.
