YOEL ROMERO SUSPENDED FOR 60 DAYS FOR CELEBRATING HIS WIN OUTSIDE THE CAGE AT MSG
Albany, NY (November 23rd, 2016)– Yoel Romero has been suspended for by the NY State Athletic commission for 60 days for his celebration outside the cage where he taunted the crowd after defeating Chris Weidman at UFC 205.
Yoel just got off suspension for a flagged PED test from USADA. UFC 205 marked his comeback from that stint.
Yoel will most likely fight Michael Bisping for the UFC Middleweight title in January.
The NYSC has already suspended Thiago Alves and Kevin Gastelum for missing weight.
Is the commission being too tough on UFC fighters?
