Las Vegas, NV (April 13th, 2020)– Iyanna ‘Yaya’ Mayweather has hired noted Houston celebrity attorney Kurt Schaffer to defend her and intends to plead not guilty in August 2020 with a defense of self-defense, in the alleged double stabbing of her supposed fiancée NBA YoungBoy’s baby mama Lapattra Jacobs at Mr. YoungBoy’s home, on Friday, April 3, 2020. Ms. Mayweather, the 19-year-old daughter of former boxing champion Floyd Mayweather, faces 99 years in prison in Texas, plus a fine of 10 thousand dollars, if convicted of assault with a deadly weapon. It should be noted Ms. Mayweather has criminal record, she has never been convicted of any crime, and is presumed innocent until proven guilty, facts which have been excluded by many news reporting outlets. According to hip-hopvibe.com, Mr. Youngboy has Herpes and four children with different women, one of whom is Ms. Jacobs, none of whom are from his fiancée Ms. Mayweather.

Attorney Kurt Schaffer has successfully represented a number of different celebrities with legal needs over the years, including Chace Crawford, J. Prince, Farrah Fawcett-Majors, Tom Sizemore, Armie Hammer, Stayve Thomas (Slim Thug), Brad Jordan (Scarface), and Chad Butler (Pimp C).

After being escorted out of Mr. YoungBoy’s Houston home, Ms. Mayweather somehow accessed the inside of the home again. While arguing the two women made their way into the kitchen, where Ms. Mayweather, her hair allegedly being pulled during a struggle, allegedly picked up a knife and allegedly stabbed Mr. YoungBoy’s ex, Ms. Jacobs, twice in the arms. Ms. Mayweather was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, Ms. Jacobs, her alleged victim, was rushed to a nearby hospital for emergency surgery on her injured arms. Ms. Mayweather was back with Mr. YoungBoy at his home only hours after being released on 30 thousand dollars bail on Saturday, April 4, 2020.
