Lucian Bute foot infection improving

A foot infection has been bothering IBF Super middleweight champion Lucian Bute(30-0, 24 KOs) since this past Saturday. The infection has been more stable at the moment and should not effect his up coming championship fight with former two time Super middleweight champion Carl Froch(28-2, 20 KOs). Bute was advised to take antibiotics prescribed by a doctor. Later in the the week Bute will meet up again with doctors to make sure the infection is healing according to plan.
