Miguel Cotto will be challenging the WBA Champion Austin Trout

Miguel Cotto (37-3, 30 KO) will be fighting undefeated WBA Regular Champ, Austin Trout (25-0, 14 KO) at the MSG in NY on December 1st.
Trout is a very slick and defensive southpaw that is very hard to decipher. Austin is coming off a non exciting victory over the tough Delvin Rodriguez. His style is not very actioned packed, but he gets the job done.
Cotto is coming an courageous performance where he lost to Floyd Mayweather on May 5th. Some consder that to be Mayweather’s hardest challenge to date.
Personally, this is a great fight to make and Austin really deserves his chance at the limelight. It is a huge fight for both fighter’s future in the sport of boxing. I give the slight edge to Cotto, because he has a much better jab, more power and has more championship experience.
