Could Dmitriy ‘Star of David’ Salita get lucky against Gabriel Tito Bracero at Aviator Arena in Brooklyn this weekend? Yes he could, but the following factors weigh in on Salita’s chances for a successful outcome over the more talented Tito Bracero:
1.     Trainer Sugar Hill versus Tommy Gallagher (for Bracero)
This factor would depend if Hill did the sort of power punching work with Salita which Hill has done with Adonis Stevenson.
2.     Power punching artistry as a factor.Whereby Bracero has no knockout punch (unless he does extra work with power training Specialist John Schaeffer, who did power conditioning work with Bracero in the past before his bout with Raymond Betancourt), Salita might surprise Bracero by entering the ring with power punching abilities not previously seen.
3.     Higher weight factor.
4.     Salita is comfortable at a higher weight or as close to 150 this bout comes at Junior Middleweight. Bracero is going to be less effective at 150 fighting Salita at a catch weight then he would be fighting Salita at 140 pounds.
5.     Lack of significant interest in the outcome. Both fighters will sell all of the New York City area tickets, but still lack recognition and interest outside of the New York City area.
6.     Luck Salita could get lucky, but it all depends. The fighter who has done the great amount of work will win. The odds favor Tito, but you never know. Luck could play a part in this bout, perhaps to be decided by a few key knockdowns. Salita might also get knocked down a few times. The fight could end on a cut stoppage. You never know.
