Sadam Ali Needs a Step Up Fight

Sadam ‘ World Kid’ Ali, the ex-Junior Olympic champion, has a record of 16-0. Sadam’s recent destruction of journeyman Ronnie Warrior Jr., who he knocked out in the second round, proved solidly he is a hard hitter. However, Sadam remains untested in the upper echelons, To qualify for a world title shot, Sadam Ali needs to fight and win one or two major step up bouts against top ten contenders.
In an interview after his most recent bout, Sadam noted as he also promotes his own cards in Brooklyn, New York, where he fights (World Kid Promotions) he also handles financial arrangements, and has not been able to convince a top welterweight to fight him in his home territory.
This being the case, Sadam is faced with accepting a step fight outside of New York City if it arises. Names of welterweight fighters Sadam Ali could face include Pablo Cesar Cano, Zab Judah, Andre Berto (who just lost to Robert Guerrero), Carson Jones, Randall Bailey, Kendall Holt, Jan Zaveck, Victor Ortiz, Luis Abregu, Antonin DeCarie, Humberto Soto, Nate Campbell, Kell Brook, and fellow Brooklynite Zab Judah (now training for Danny Garcia). It is time for Sadam Ali to fight the big fight, if he hopes to land a world title bout later in 2013.
