13 points of strategy that you can apply into the ring.

1.Brains!!

Fight smart and use your head, not your hands. Try to figure out your opponent and out-box him.

2.Always be in great shape and conditioning.

Nothing makes up for good physical conditioning

3.Relax.

You get tired and expend energy, if  you are in tense.

4.Basics, basics, basics.

Know and use the fundamentals in every chance you got.

5.Show your opponent that you believe in yourself.

Feel confident. If you are hurt, don’t show it.

6.Remember.

Never forget that your opponent is as tired as you are.

7.Use your left.

Use your left as a safest lead.

8. Footwork.

Keep moving. Don’t stand in one spot that means that you are an easy target. Nevertheless, don’t make unnecessary movements by jumping around.

9.Keep your guard and hands up high!

Keep your hands up and protect your self at all times!!!

10.Find the distance.

When you are in range punch first. If you wait you give your  opponent the chance to hit you first.

11.Defence.

If you miss a blow, or you find yourself off-balance try to cover up fast and protect yourself.

12. Mix it up.

Use a variety of maneuvers. Barely do the same combination twice in succession.

13.Mess with your’s opponent head.

Move everytime, when your opponent gets set to hit you.
