NEW YORK (APRIL 12, 2012)—This Saturday night from Atlantic City, IBF number-nine ranked Cruiserweight Garrett “The Ultimate Warrior” Wilson will defend his USBA and fight for the vacant NABF titles in a rematch with Andres Taylor that will headline a seven bout card that will be streamed live on www.gfl.tv.

Starting with the show, it will kick off a stretch of a minimum of nine big boxing events over the next two months.

“This is unprecedented in terms of the title fights and future stars that will be seen on one outlet over a short period of time”, said gfl.tv Director of Boxing and Acquisitions and lead blow by blow announcer Marc Abrams

“A lot of these fights have importance and will elevate some of these fighters to title shots while prospects will get world wide exposure.  We are also negotiating for some terrific events all over the world that will be added to our schedule”

Saturday April 14th—Wilson vs. Taylor II for the USBA/NABF Cruiserweight championship…On September 11, 2010, Garrett Wilson went into Andres Taylor’s hometown and walked away with a disputed draw. That draw set off a streak of four consecutive wins over some of the best Cruiserweights in the world that has catapulted Wilson to number-nine by the IBF.  Taylor wants to end this streak and pick up two belts in the process in this battle of Eastern vs. Western Pennsylvania…Also on the card will be emerging Lightweight Osnel Charles, Undefeated Jr. Welterweight Naim Nelson; Undefeated Super Middleweight Gabriel Pham; Undefeated Featherweight Joshua Reyes as well as undefeated Light Heavyweight Todd Unthank-May

Wednesday April 18—First Round Promotions From Newark, NJ—A great show featuring some great prospects from the New Jersey/ New York that is headlined by an eight round Middleweight bout that will pit Newark’s Richard Pierson (10-2, 8 KO’s) vs. Joshua Snyder…Also on the card will be former Olympic alternate Qa’id Muhammad (6-0,5 KO’s); Middleweight John Thompson (7-0, 2 KO’s); Heavyweight Aaron Kinch (2-0-1, 1KO) & Super Middleweight Joel De La Paz

Friday April 27—Sheika vs. Mack for the USBA Light Heavyweight Title—Two former world title challengers Omar Sheika (32-11, 21 KO’s) battles Yusaf Mack (29-4-2, 17 KO’s) in what is a possible last chance for both fighters.   The winner of this fight inches their way closer to another chance at glory while the loser takes a big step backwards…An exciting undercard features Polish Import Middleweight Przemyslaw Opalach (9-1, 8 KO’s) as well as undefeated Welterweight Juan Rodriguez Jr. (8-0, 3 KO’s) and Jr. Middleweight Thomas “Cornflake” LaManna (7-0, 5 KO’s)

Friday May 4th—Ferrante vs. Karpency for Pennsylvania State Light Heavyweight Title—In what will be a brawl for State bragging rights, Tony Ferrante (12-3, 7 KO’s) looks for a statement win when he takes on recent world title challenger Tommy Karpency (21-3-1, 14 KO’s)..Ferrante is coming off a war defeat to Omar Sheika while Karpency is coming off a valiant effort in losing a bid for the WBO world championship to the highly regarded and undefeated champion Nathan Cleverly..A terrific undercard is being assembled with two rematches and a litany of undefeated fighters as Jamie Campbell (4-2, 2 KO’s) trying to even the score against William Miranda (5-4-1) in a Heavyweight affair while Lightweights Victor Vasquez (14-6-1, 7 KO’s) battles Paul Fernandez (5-4-2, 3 KO’s) rematch after fighting to a draw…Undefeated fighters in action will include Light Heavyweight Dannis Hasson (13-0, 5 KO’s), Welterweight Tyrone Crawley Jr. (1-0), Bantamweight Alex Barbosa (2-0, 1 KO) and Heavyweight John Mecurio (4-0, 3 KO’s)

Friday May 4th –Noche De Boxeo from Tucson, Arizona—Michelle Rosado’s Face II Face Events presents their four installment which will be Live from the Desert Diamond Casino.  Some of the Southwest’s best young talent will be on display as in the six round main event Isaac Hidlago (8-8-2, 1 KO) takes on Noel Mendoza (6-1-1, 1 KO)…Undefeated fighters in action will be Luis Borrego (3-0, 1 KO), Emillio “Milo Time” Garcia (4-0, 1 KO), Annette Agredano (5-0-1)

Saturday May 12th—Ray Robinson vs. Terrance Cauthen—In an eight round Welterweight battle of southpaws, Ray Robinson (13-2, 5 KO’s) battles former U.S. Olympian Terrance Cauthen (36-7, 9 KO’s) from the Newtown Athletic Club in Newtown, PA…Also on the bill will be an all Philly Lightweight tussle between Kareem Cooley (2-1, 1 KO) and Tevin Farmer (4-3-1, 1 KO) plus undefeated Light Heavyweight Amir Shabazz (1-0)

Friday May 18th—Boxing from Dover Downs featuring Franklin Lawrence and Mike Stewart—WBC #12 Heavyweight Franklin “Yah Yah” Lawrence (17-2-2, 12 KO’s) will be fighting in a step up fight against rough Mike Mollo. Delaware favorite Michael “No Joke” Stewart (48-7-3, 25 KO’s) will be appearing in the ten round co-feature.  Also in action will be Middleweight Mike Tiberi (19-1, 7 KO’s); Cruiserweight Anthony Caputo Smith (13-0, 10 KO’s); Hotshot prospect Omar Douglas (4-0, 3 KO’s) and female sensation “Queen” Ronica Jeffrey (9-0, 1 KO)

Saturday May 19th—Harry Yorgey vs. Jamaal Davis from Ballys in Atlantic City—Peltz Boxing will feature a backyard brawl between former top contender Harry Joe Yorgey (24-1-1, 11 KO’s) of Bridgeport, PA and potential spoiler Jamaal “Da Truth” Davis (12-8-1, 6 KO’s) of Philadelphia in the Jr. Middleweight main event…The co-feature will mark the return of Light Heavyweight Chuck “The Professor” Mussachio (17-2-2, 5 KO’s) as well as Super Middleweight Fred Jenkins Jr. (5-0, 2 KO’s)
