Rios v Gamboa in April, Marquez v Peterson In May, Pacquiao v Bradley In June??? Could It Be True?

The L.A. Times is reporting that Top Rank C.E.O. Bob Arum is in negotiations with three of his fighters and Lamont Peterson. Arum apparently has a preliminary deal set in place for a title fight between Juan Manuel Marquez and Lamont Peterson to be held at Cowboys Stadium in May or July. Along with the Marquez vs Peterson news, the L.A. Times is also reporting that Arum is going to make Manny Pacquiao vs Timothy Bradley happen on June 9th , which is what many suspected to happen from the beginning. Earlier this year, Arum named four possible opponents for Manny Pacquiao, the names on that list were Tim Bradley, Juan Manuel Marquez, Miguel Cotto and Lamont Peterson. Another fight that Bob Arum is working on finalizing, is a deal to pin Brandon Rios vs Yuriorkis Gamboa at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas for an April 14 Lightweight bout. If any of this is true, I really hope that this fight actually becomes reality. We have to take this kind of news with a grain of salt, especially when it involves Bob Arum. No one really knows who is going to fight who, when it comes to Top Rank. source: L.A.
