PowerPlay Promotions presents World Championship Kickboxing with “PowerPlay Promotions 25″ on October 10, at the famous Melbourne Pavilion in Melbourne, Australia. The full rules Muay Thai card is anchored by a 4-man Eliminator Tournament.

Brad Riddell, Jason Scerri, Louie Badato and Maseh Nuristani will all compete in a murderers” row of strikers as they take part in a 4-man Eliminator Tournament. Riddell is a gritty fighter who can easily take one to give one. Riddell is looking to knock off the other competitors and to do that he will have to either stay busier in the ring or more likely put his opponents down for the count. Scerri is a feared striker because of his accuracy and ability to mix up his attacks that keep his opponents on the defensive. Scerri loves to keep a safe distance and does this with devastating leg kicks. Badato is one of the most promising fighters in the region and winning this tournament would propel him to new heights in his career. Nuristani has held titles with other organizations before and looks to put his granite chin to work as he will be right in the center of the ring throwing haymakers and looing to mix it up from the opening bell. Expect fireworks from these four world class strikers.

In other action, the WKA East Coast Welterweight Title is at stake when Moulay Bekkali battles Yann Sandie. Both fighters have tons of experience with Bekkali fighting in several different combat sports disciplines, and Sandie have tons of ring time as a Muay Thai fighter coming from one of the top camps in the world. These fighters are ready to go to battle and this fight will not be for the faint of heart as they will be looking to end one another’s night in vicious order.

The WKA Australian Super Welterweight Title will be on the line when Brent Dames fights Simon Coutsouvelis in a rematch. The last time they fought, Dames walked away with a victory a minute into the fight. Now with the title at stake, Coutsouvelis has more than one reason to get his pound of flesh against Dames.
