Brendan Allen extended his win streak to five with a rear-naked choke of Bruno Silva in the first round of their middleweight matchup.
David Onama def. Gabriel Santos
In this featherweight bout, David Onama earned a brutal KO of Gabriel Santos.
Round one saw Santos rock Onama several times and attempt multiple arm bar submissions. Then in round two, Onama overcame an early takedown to land a hellish uppercut on Santos and then a right hand on the way down to put him out.
Austen Lane vs. Justin Tafa ends in no contest
This heavyweight bout unfortunately ended only 29 seconds into round one after Justin Tafa suffered one of the worst accidental eye pokes we’ve seen in recent memory.
Maycee Barber def. Amanda Ribas
In the co-main event, Maycee Barber earned a TKO of Amanda Ribas in the second round of their flyweight bout.
In round one, both fighters had success on the feet early, but when the fight went to the ground, Barber dominated and landed heavy ground strikes. Then in round two, the duo exchanged heavy blows before Barber dropped Ribas, before finishing her off with ground strikes.
Ilia Topuria def. Josh Emmett
In the main event, Ilia Topuria put the featherweight division’s top contenders on notice with a dominant unanimous decision victory over Josh Emmett.
In round one, both fighters had their moments landing measured strikes. Round two saw Topuria drop Emmet with a huge combination, and in the dying seconds, rock him again with a massive right. In round three, Topuria had continued success with his jab as Emmett’s face wore increasing damage.
Round four saw Topuria drop Emmett and unload on him with a punishing blows, only narrowly failing to put him away before the buzzer. And in the final round, Topuria landed heavy blows and took Emmett’s back. Catch all the highlights below.
