Rosemont, IL (November 26th, 2021)– In the co-main event of a six-bout card staged by promoter Bobby Hitz and Hitz Boxing Entertainment at the Dome At The Ballpark in Rosemont, Illinois, on Thanksgiving Wednesday, November 24, 2021, televised on bxng.v.com, light heavyweight prospect Robin Sirwan Safar remained undefeated with his fourteenth consecutive win.

Safar, 14-0 with 10 knockouts, Las Vegas, Nevada, by way of Huddinge, Sweden, scored a sixth round stoppage of game outmatched southpaw Chris Chatman, 16-12-1 with five knockouts, Chicago, Illinois.

Chatman announced his retirement from professional boxing at age 37 after the loss. Chatman, coming off an upset six round split decision win over 26-4-1 Mike Gavronski in July 2021 at Rosemont, scored the win at cruiserweight when super middleweight Gavronski, coming off a December 2020 third round knockout loss to David Morell at light heavyweight in Los Angeles, showed up at 177 pounds cruiserweight, a good ten pounds over his super middleweight fight weight, and got outpointed by Chatman. However, Chatman, who had lost six of his last seven bouts before defeating Gavronski, got stopped by Safar and called it a career.
