Rating The Best Polish Cruiserweights

 Mateusz “Master” Masternak-Age 34, 46-5 with 31 knockouts between 2006 and 2021, Wroclaw, Poland. Lost split decision 12 in June 2014 in Monte Carlo to Youri Kayembre Kalenga for the World Boxing Association World Cruiserweight title. Avenged loss by stopping Kalenga in six rounds in April 2018. Still in the hunt for another world title shot with five straight comeback wins, including a fourth-round stoppage of Armend Xhoxhoj in October 2021.

Pawel Kolodziej- From Krynica Zdroj, Poland, age 41. 35-1 with 19 knockouts between 2004 and 2021. A former World Boxing Federation World cruiserweight champion, Kolodziej was knocked out by Denis Lebedev in Moscow, Russian Federation in September 2014 in an attempt to win the World Boxing Association World Cruiserweight title. Fought only twice since, in 2016 and 2021 at heavyweight. Won a decision over Petr Frohlich in Ostrava, Poland, in September 2021. Still active. Needs to return to cruiserweight where he flourished.

Krzysztof “Diablo” Wlodarczyk– From Warsaw, Poland- Former World Boxing Council, International Boxing Federation and World Boxing Foundation World Cruiserweight champion, Age 40, a veteran of 12 world title bouts, fighting between 2000 and 2021, still active, with a record of 60-4-1 with 40 knockouts. 23-0 in his last 23 nontitle bouts, 0-3-1 in his last four world title bouts. Still active, last fought in November 2021, scoring a fourth-round stoppage of Maximiliano Jorge Gomez to remain in world-class competition.

Krzysztof Glowacki-Age 35, southpaw from Walcz, Poland, 31-3 with 19 knockouts between 2004 and 2021. A former World Boxing Organisation World cruiserweight champion, Glowacki is 4-3 in WBO world cruiserweight title bouts.

Wojciech Bartnik-A southpaw from Olesnica, Poland, a bronze medalist at the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona. Bartnik waited too long to go pro. From 2001 to 2010, went 26-4-1 with 10 knockouts, winning the Republic of Poland Cruiserweight title. Bartnik won his last fifteen consecutive bouts, but never received a title shot.
