Second2None Promotions Presents Eight Bout Warren DeCarlo’s Convention Center Card

Detroit, Michigan (February 26th, 2020)– Kenny Moore and Vi Tran’s Second2None Promotions and TopBreed Promotions will present an exciting eight-bout card of area boxing at DeCarlo’s Convention Center in, Michigan, on Friday, February 28, 2020, featuring super welterweight contender Domonique Dalton versus Jose Antonio Abreu in the super welterweight main event bout.



 

Dalton, 23-3-1, 13 knockouts, Detroit, Michigan, will face 21 bout veteran Jose Antonio Abreu, 14-7 with eight knockouts, La Romana, Dominican Republic. In July 2019, Abreu recorded a six-round decision upset over 14-2 super welterweight prospect Wesley Tucker in Tucker’s hometown of Toledo, Ohio, winning five or six rounds on the three judges’ scorecards. Abreu. In July 2017, Dalton, who is 2-1-1 in 10 rounders, lost a majority eight-round decision to then undefeated Ohio prospect Jamontay Clark. In July 2016, Abreu lost an eight-round split decision to Ohio veteran Jack Giuriceo in Giuriceo’s hometown on Youngstown, Ohio. Neither Dalton nor Abreu has ever won a decision at eight rounds. The fight promises to be an even matchup and an exciting, interesting thriller the whole way. Dalton is favored to win by eight-round unanimous decision, with Abreu hanging tough.



 

Undercard preliminary bouts will feature some of Michigan’s top area prospects in four rounders. 5-0 Detroit super middleweight prospect Anthony Flagg will face 1-1 Ferris Golden of Findlay, Ohio, and is favored to win by unanimous decision. 1-0 Reggie Harris Jr. of Ann Arbor, Michigan, is favored to win by unanimous decision over 1-2 Carl Deaton of Minneapolis, Minnesota. 1-0 super bantamweight prospect Cameran Pankey of Pontiac, Michigan, is favored to win by second-round stoppage over 0-2 Tyson Stokes of Stillwater, Minnesota. 1-0 welterweight prospect Kenyell Rouser of Pontiac, Michigan, is favored to win by second-round knockout over Saint Claire Murraine Jr., 3-4, of Tallahassee, Florida. Welterweight Daniel Moore Jr. of Warren, Michigan will open the card with his pro debut, and is favored to win by third-round stoppage over 3-4 John Pitts of Louisville, Kentucky. Two top Michigan welterweight prospects, 13-4 Westland welterweight Patrick Boozer, and 3-0 Detroit welterweight Christion White are also scheduled to appear on the card.



 

Doors open on Friday evening, February 28, 2020, at 7:00 P.M., with first bout 8:00 P.M. at DeCarlo’s Convention Center, 6015 East 10 Mile Road, Warren, Michigan.
