


Popeye Lebron Faces Leon Moore in SugarHouse Philadelphia Main Event

Philadelphia, PA (December 8th, 2016)– Rising Puerto Rican featherweight prospect Luis ‘Popeye’ Lebron will put his unbeaten record on the line against Guyana’s Leon ‘Hurry Up’ Moore in the 8 round main event of a 10 bout card at SugarHouse Casino Event Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, promoted by Will Ruiz Hard Hitting Promotions, on Friday evening, December 16, 2016.
Lebron, 6-0-1, with three knockouts, San Juan Puerto Rico, age 23, faces fringe contender Moore, age 37, 32-3, 25 knockouts, Georgetown, Guyana. Moore is in a must win situation if he expects his career to advance. Lebron is predicted to win by eight round decision. Expect Moore to swing away for the knockout and test Lebron for the entire bout.
19 year old Philadelphia welterweight sensation Jaron Ennis, 7-0, 6 knockouts, who was a finalist in the 2016 Olympic trials at light welterweight, will face 10 bout Louisiana veteran southpaw Marcus Beckford in the preliminary bout to the main event. Ennis is predicted to win by sic round decision.
5-1 light heavyweight David Murray is predicted to win by six round decision over 3-0 Florida opponent Kenmon Evans in a battle of rising prospects.
