
Manny Pacquiao Attacked in Hollywood, No One Arrested
Los Angeles, CA (April 4th, 2016)– Manny Pacquiao was almost the victim of as physical assault yesterday in Hollywood, California as he enjoyed a luncheon at a Japanese restaurant called Kabuki. According to reports in Philippine media outlets, Pacquiao was attacked in the parking lot of the restaurant as he was getting into his Ferrari. An assailant, a white male, threw a punch at Manny and shouted foul language at him.
Manny Pacquiao has been recently condemned by the gay community for his comments when he compared them to animals. Since then, Manny lost his Nike sponsorship and many of his media obligations were cancelled, including the Jimmy Kimmel show. The motive of this attack was not mentioned.
Manny was not injured during the dispute and told the police not to arrest the attacker. Manny Pacquiao will be fighting Tim Bradley this Saturday in Las Vegas on HBO PPV.
