Brooklyn, NY (June 2, 2015)– Undefeated heavyweight prospect Jarrell ‘Big Baby’ Miller will be featured in the main event of an eight bout card at Long Island University Brooklyn Brawl at Paramount Theatre and Paramount Events Center on Thursday, June 4, 2015, promoted by Dmitriy Salita’s Star of David Promotions.

Miller, now 12-0-1 with 10 knockouts, Brooklyn, New York, faces Damon ‘Bulldog’ McCreary, 15-4 with 11 knockouts, Detroit, Michigan, in an eight rounder. At 41, McCreary has had a hard life in the ring. Counting Miller, his last five undefeated opponents have a combined record of 83-0-2. McCreary won his first 14 pro bouts. Miller has a second bout scheduled in June. Miller will also fight 21-11-1 Rafael Pedro at Seneca Niagara Casino & Hotel in Niagara Falls, New York on June 26 in a six round. In any case, neither bout figures to last very long, given Miller’s knockout power.

Hard working super lightweight prospect Dimash Niyazov, a Kazakhstan fighter now out of Staten Island, New York, is favored to win by knockout over Ariel Duran in the eight round preliminary to the main event bout. Niyazov, 7-0-3 with four knockouts, is favored to win by knockout over Dominican fighter Duran, 8-7-1 with five knockouts, Queens, New York. Duran scored a solid third round stoppage over faded Raphael Luna in March 2015 at Resorts World Casino to earn this opportunity bout.

In six rounders, Brooklyn 6-1 middleweight prospect Akil ‘That Dude’ Auguste is favored by knockout over Alabama veteran Quincy Brown; and Kronk Gym Detroit, Michigan 9-0 super welterweight prospect Edward Williams will face 5-9-4 New York City ringer Jason Thompson in the six round ‘Fight of the Night’ in what should prove an interesting ‘test’.

In four rounders: Miami, Florida 10-2 cruiserweight prospect Steve Geffard is favored to win by four round decision over Niagara Falls journeyman Eric George, who is coming off a decision win over Louis King; Alabama lightweight prospect Dewayne Zeigler, 23, 4-0 with four knockouts, is favored by knockout over Niagara falls southpaw Jeremy Graves; and super bantamweight prospect Michael Stoute is favored to win his professional debut.

Tickets are $132 ringside, $107, $82, $52, $32 and can be purchased online under ‘sports’ and ‘boxing’ at www.ticketmaster.com or by calling 800-745-3000 and at Long Island University Brooklyn Paramount Theatre box office at the event. Doors open 6 P.M. Thursday June 4, 2015, at LIU Paramount Theatre. First bout 7 P.M.
