Darnell Boone, perhaps has the best resume of any active fighter. With just 10 amateur fights, he turned professional on May 21, 2004 against Jay Holland and has had one more storied career with the desire to accomplish so much more.
To this date, out of the 46 professional fights that Darnell Boone has faced, 20 were undefeated fighters, 6 later became world champions, such household names as Andre Ward, Jean Pascal, Sergei Kovalev, Erislandy Lara, Adonis Stevenson, Brian Vera, Curtis Stevens, And Willie Monroe Jr. who is set to face Gennady Golovkin on May 16, 2015. He is the only man to defeat Willie Monroe Junior and the only man to defeat the current WBC light heavyweight Champion of the World Adonis Stevenson.
