Mirko Cro Cop Returns To The UFC

Las Vegas, NV (January 20th, 2015)–Mirko Cro Cop, a legendary knockout artist from his days in Pride has been re-signed by the UFC after four years away. UFC President Dana White confirmed the signing via Twitter.

Mirko Cro Cop, 40, (30-11-2, 1 NC) was 4 and 6 in his first UFC stint from 2007-2011. The former K1 champion and Pride star has gone 3-1 since he has left the UFC.
Most recently Cro Cop defeated Satoshi Ishii in Japan.

Bellator was mentioned recently to having discussions with Cro Cop, however the UFC beat them to the signing.

Since leaving the UFC, Cro Cop has also competed in kickboxing, winning a K-1 grand prix in 2012 and going 1-1 under the Glory banner.
