Rockin’ Fights 14 at the Paramount Preview

Huntington, NY (June 17th, 2014)– Light welterweight Karim Mayfield of San Francisco is favored to win a close decision over ten rounds over Emmanuel ‘Tranzformer’ Taylor at the Paramount Theatre in Huntington, Long Island, New York, in the main event, on Friday July 18, 2014, promoted by Joe DeGuardia’s Star Boxing. The bout should be close, and the game plan of the each fighter could affect the outcome. Taylor, a world ranked fighter before his lost a ten round decision to Chris Algieri, could win if he outworks Mayfield. Both fighters are coming off ten round decision losses.
Cletus Seldin, 13-0, is favored to win over Bayan Jargal in an eight round welterweight bout. Naim Terbnja, 7-0, is favored to win over Jason Escalera in a super middleweight bout. Anthony Karperis, 6-2, is favored to win over Ariel Duran in a six round welterweight bout. Haitiaq light middleweight Wendy Toussaint faces Brooklyn’s Courtney Pennington, in a tossup contest of undefeated prospects.
