BAMMA USA returns to GFL on March 28 as “Badbeat 12” emanates from the Commerce Casino in Commerce, California. MMA fans, this event is scheduled for several action packed bouts including a title fight as BAMMA has put West Coast MMA on notice. BAMMA USA is looking at making another statement to a worldwide audience and their fighters are just as eager to prove their toughness in the cage.
“Badbeat 12” will mark the inaugural BAMMA USA bantamweight title bout between Eric “E-Money” Winston (5-1) and Terrion “Flash” Ware (10-2). Eric Winston will make his fifth appearance in the BAMMA Cage at Badbeat 12. In his last fight, Winston recorded a submission (armbar) win over Marvin Madariaga. E-Money enters the title fight on a three fight winning streak. A word that can describe Terrion Ware’s 2013 is active. He fought six times in the past calendar year, and started off 2014 with a win over Zac Chavez this past January. The Systems Training Center product will look to add the BAMMA USA bantamweight belt to his resume and continue to build on a five-fight winning streak. The bout between Ware and Winston is a regional MMA fan’s dream. Both rising prospects continue to grab attention from bigger promotions. Ware is showing he is a finisher, with four stoppages out of his last five fights; and Winston is prepared to show his ever-evolving striking skill set will compliment his dangerous ground game. Four of his five wins have come by submission, but they’ve ranged from an armbar, rear-naked choke, triangle choke and heel hook. There will be a lot on the line for both men come March 28th.
“Badbeat 12” will also feature the return of some familiar Bamma USA faces as middleweight vet Joseph “Leonidas” Henle (9-1) steps back into the BammaCage to face Ronald Lebreton Jr. (8-8) after suffering an injury last year.
After taking his talents to The Ultimate Fighter reality show Bantamweight prospect “The Real Deal” Chris Beal (7-0) returns to face newcomer Chad Walter (3-1). Beal is looking at continuing to build his name but it will be a tough test against the gritty Walter.
Paul “Tall” Karsky (6-13) faces his next challenge in MMA prospect LaTeef Williams (2-1) in a heavyweight tilt. Karsky fights with a high risk-high reward style and throws his hands with reckless abandon. Williams will have the speed advantage in the cage and need to stay out of range of Karsky’s heavy hands.
You won’t find more BANG for your buck so order this thrilling event. Be sure to catch all of the action LIVE on March 28 with “Badbeat 12” on pay-per-view, exclusively at GFL.tv.For full fight card and more details about this event, visit gfl.tv or click here
Unified MMA 18 Fri Mar 28 8:00PM ET
Click here to watch this event on GoFightLive!
Unified MMA debuts on GFL with “Unified MMA 18” from the Mirage Banquet Hall in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada on March 28. This will be an epic MMA card as it features 12 evenly matched fights inside the cage. Who will stand out, once the cage door closes?
In the main event, Tanner Boser (4-0) takes on Nick Campbell (5-4) in a light heavyweight bout. Boser has 3 wins via stoppage and has never been tested in his fights as he has dominated nearly every round. Boser is a strong wrestler and can dictate where the fight goes. Look for Boser to start out striking and go for a double leg takedown to get the fight to the mat where he can use his ground and pound. Campbell is a veteran to MMA and has fought all over the Great White North taking on all comers. Campbell fights with a high risk-high reward style as only 1 of his 9 fights have ever gone to decision. Expect fireworks from Campbell from the opening bell.
In a lightweight scrap, Mike Scarcello (3-3-1) takes on Yannick Pare (2-1). Scarcello is coming off a tough loss and looks to rebound by making Pare another victim. Scarcello is a tough grinder who likes to outwork his opponents over the course of a full fight and break their spirits in the process. Pare loves to throw punches and every fight he has ever been in has ended via KO. Look for the sparks to fly as Pare will be throwing punches in bunches.
In another lightweight contest, Matthew Spisak (6-5) fights Lee Gaudet (2-3). Spisak won his last fight via first round submission and has worked tirelessly on making himself a dangerous fighter on the ground. Look for Spisak to get the fight to the mat where he can use his grappling. Gaudet looks to even his record and to do that he will need to score from the outside with strikes. Gaudet is also a submission specialist but his striking game might be the difference in the fight.

Triple A MMA V returns to GFL with “Redemption at the Rock” emanating from the Camel Rock Casino in Sante Fe, New Mexico. The 8-bout card featured 5 stoppages as some of the finest fighters in the Lone Star state squared off against one another.
In the main event, Pojoaque native Angelo “San I Warrior” Sanchez (11-5) meets Jackson-Winklejohn’s Gabriel “Moggly” Benitez (15-4). Sanchez, the one-time Bellator MMA veteran, looks to start his 2014 campaign in the win column against the hard-hitting Tijuana native Gabriel Benitez. Benitez, who by all accounts is on the fast track to the UFC when they enter into Mexico, has a 93% finishing rate in fifteen professional victories and looks to make Sanchez number sixteen.
In other action, in a No Gi Super fight, Josh Lanier takes on Quinn Mulhern. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black-Belts Quinn Mulhern (Gracie Barra-NM) and Josh Lanier (Hybrid Jiu-Jitsu) will compete in New Mexico’s first ever No-Gi Super fight. Mulhern, who recently announced his retirement from MMA action, looks to keep his competitive juices flowing by taking on fellow BJJ player Josh Lanier in a winner take all, submission only bout. Lanier, who also recently retired from MMA action, will look to cement his grappling skills within the New Mexico Combat Sports community by playing Jiu-Jitsu with the Gracie-Barra NM Professor.
In other MMA action, featherweight sluggers Andres “The Bullet” Quintana (4-1) and Derek Perez (4-2) clash in a matchup that is sure to compete for Orthrus Promotions Fight of the Night Award! Quintana, who trains with Luttrell’s MMA camp in the Rio Rancho area, will look to step back in the cage for the first time in over a year and shake off the cage rust with a win over tough Los Lunas native Derek Perez (4-2). Perez, who owns and operates Perez Fighting System, will look to play spoiler and improve his record to 5 and 2, which will no doubt place him among the next wave of top New Mexico prospects.
In the 105 lb division, Nikki Lowe (2-3) takes on Natalie Roy (0-0). Lowe is a well-rounded fighter who loves to pressure her opponent right from the opening bell. Lowe is looking to continue to climb up the ranks and a win here will raise her record to .500. Roy is making her debut and comes into the fight as an unknown. She is looking to steal the show and make everyone remember her and her fight so don’t blink when these two gladiators go to battle.

Click here to watch this event on GoFightLive!
Hard hitting MMA action returns as Dead Serious Fighting Championship presents “Dead Serious X” on March 29 from the Schuetzen Park in North Bergen, New Jersey live on the GFL Combat Sports Network. Dead Serious Fighting Championship is planning to blow the roof off with a 17-bout card and multiple title fights to kick of 2014.
For the Dead Serious Featherweight Title, Champion Sergio DeBari (5-0) takes on Aldo Oranvil (3-1). DeBari is undefeated and is a submission master as 4 of his 5 wins have come via tapout. DeBari is very active on the ground and looks for submission from the opening bell. His transitions on the ground are stellar and he is a tough matchup for anyone. Oranvil is a grinder and uses solid wrestling and positioning to dominate his opponents over the course of an entire fight. Oranvil will be stepping up in competition, but he has shown that he is capable of defeating even the best at 145 lb. That theory will be tested once again when he fights DeBari.
Juan Galarza (4-0) battles Ron Templeton (2-1). Galarza is a submission specialist with 3 of 4 wins coming via chokes or armbar. Galarza is also a strong wrestler and can usually get the fight to the mat whenever he wants to. Templeton is riding a 2 fight win streak and will match up very well with Galarza in the clinch or on the mat. Templeton is also a well-rounded striker which could pay dividends early. These two lightweights are fighting for a future title shot so expect them to come out and lay it on the line from the opening bell.
The Dead Serious Welterweight Title will be on the line when Champion Eric Perez (4-1) fights Brandon VanCleave (3-1). Perez is a strong wrestler who uses positional dominance to negate his opponent’s offense. Expect Perez to try and make this a wrestling clinic. VanCleave steps back in to the cage for the first time since 2011 and has worked in the gym tirelessly on his all-around game. VanCleave enjoys one punch KO power and can end the fight at any time so don’t blink.
